Born in 1987. Lives in Kyoto, Japan.
Based on East Asian painting techniques, I continue to explore the possibilities of painting in the contemporary age while reconsidering cultural history. While developing a wide range of artistic expression, from traditional genres such as hanging scrolls and fusuma door paintings to modern architectural spaces, my work is centered on the question: "What is Japanese painting?"

1987年生まれ、大阪府豊中市出身。京都を拠点に活動。
東洋絵画の技法をベースに、文化的な歴史を再考しながら、現代における新しい絵画の可能性を拡張し続けている。掛け軸や襖絵といった表具などの伝統的な様式から現代の建築空間まで、幅広い表現をつくり出すことに積極的に取り組みながら「日本の絵画とは何か」を問いかけている。
