京都府とARTISTS' FAIR KYOTO実行委員会は、京都を舞台に現代アートにフォーカスした「ARTISTS' FAIR KYOTO （アーティスツ フェア キョウト）」を初開催します。 �本イベントは、既存のアートフェアの枠組みを超え、展覧会としてもエンターテイメント性を供えた画期的な内容となります。文化支援を願う多くの方々にアートとマーケットの融合をダイレクトに感じていただく２日間となるでしょう。��ディレクターに現代美術家の椿昇、アドバイザリーボードに池田光弘、薄久保香、大庭大介、勝又公仁彦、金氏徹平、鬼頭健吾、澤田知子、塩田千春、高橋耕平、名和晃平、ミヤケマイ、ヤノベケンジと、世界の第一線で活躍するアーティスト陣12名を迎え、彼らのキュレーションにより若手アーティストを選出しました。選ばれた20代～30代前半の若手アーティスト36名が中心となりますが、サプライズとしてアドバイザリーボードからも応援出品を受け、出品作品数は100点以上に及びます。新しい「アートフェア」がこの冬、京都から始動します。 Kyoto Prefecture and the ARTISTS' FAIR KYOTO Organising Committee will hold the "ARTISTS' FAIR KYOTO" which focuses on contemporary art for the first time in Kyoto. This event, unlike any other art fair, will have sensational contents as a landmark exhibition. These two days will offer those who hope for cultural support, a direct experience of the fusion of entertainment and the market. ��With the contemporary artist Noboru Tsubaki as director, and twelve internationally appraised artists at the front line of the world, Mitsuhiro Ikeda, Kaoru Usukubo, Daisuke Ohba, Kunihiko Katsumata, Teppei Kaneuji, Kengo Kito, Tomoko Sawada, Chiharu Shiota, Kohei Takahashi, Kohei Nawa, Mai Miyake, and Kenji Yanobe as advisory board, young artists have been selected upon these artists' curation. The exhibition will be held centred around the 36 selected artists in their 20's to 30's, however, works by the advisory board will also be exhibited as a surprise, totaling in over 100 artworks to be exhibited. In this winter, a new art fair will be initiated.
